Warranty Conditions
2 YEAR WARRANTY
At Guma, we develop products meticulously designed from the best materials to ensure longevity and high quality. For this reason, we offer a five-year warranty on all our products. The warranty provided by Guma is valid according to the terms and conditions specified in these warranty conditions and is an exclusive extra service we offer in addition to the statutory warranty. Therefore, this warranty does not affect your rights under applicable laws.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date the Guma product was purchased online or from the date the product was delivered to you by Guma (if not delivered at the time of purchase).
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims must be made within a reasonable time after the discovery of the product defect and, in any case, before the expiry of the warranty period, through the online platform where the product was originally purchased.
COVERAGE
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in all products in our collection and provides for the rectification of defects or replacement of the product under warranty. It does not apply to custom-made products.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
When you complain about a defect, Guma will examine the situation and, at its discretion, assess whether it is covered by the warranty. We will then decide whether the defect can be repaired or the product can be replaced. In cases covered by the warranty, Guma will cover the costs required for the replacement or repair of the affected parts and reserves the right to decide which action will be taken. If the product has been discontinued, Guma will decide on a suitable substitute product. If the defect can be rectified, the repair will be carried out by Guma or a partner chosen by Guma using the necessary tools. This process will result in the correction of the defect without any right to further price reduction or compensation.
IMPROPER USE and MAINTENANCE
Products that have been improperly stored, assembled, misused, or altered are not covered by the warranty.
Damage and discoloration resulting from improper or insufficient maintenance not in accordance with Guma’s maintenance instructions are not covered by the warranty.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Damage that may occur during relocation and moving due to failure to ensure safe transport and proper packaging is not covered by the warranty.
UNSUITABLE ENVIRONMENT
Products exposed to high temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight, or placed in environments unsuitable for the product, such as outdoor or humid environments, are not covered by the warranty.
